Notes: This is a trailer for a Ritual.io series. I usually don’t go this “big” with the actual practices, but I wanted the trailers to carry a bit of extra juice.

I’ll share some of the practices in the newsletter eventually, since they take a different approach that leans on carefully chosen music selections and those detailed moments that build emotion in a subtle way with our beloved music stems.
